I smelled it early: my thesis of REVERSION TO MEAN trades for these overvalued stocks/sectors:

I have updated these trade setups live for clients daily because everyone has their own timeframe, risk tolerance and option experience. But the main thesis was this:
VALUATIONS DO MATTER
And with that, and since this warning, most all have reverted lower.
UAMY, UUUU, USAR, NNE, LAC, TMC, METC, IONQ, QUBT, RGTI, CRML...
Depending on what you shorted, ANY would have worked out great.
And some keep giving!

The valuation comprssion on UAMY was definitely overdue. Its interesting how the rare earth hype cycle mirrored what we saw with SPACs back in 2021. When money rotates out of overextended sectors like this, the snapback can be pretty brutal. Do you think theres any reentry point for UAMY once the dust settels, or is this more of a stay away situaton long term?
