Liquidity Getting Tested turned out to be a great warning.
I warned about the selling underneath the surface TUESDAY and rec’d shorts into Friday.
QQQ - PT was 507.89. HIT! Breaks that we heads into 503.52. Breaks that and we fill the daily gap from May 12th at 491.54.
SMH - PT was 237.60. HIT! Breaks that and heads to 225.36/223.96. I said likely by NVDA earnings next Wed or soon after. Massive May 30 $220P hit yday for $.70 when $240. Hedge into NVDA or knows something.

SPY - PT WAS 576.41. HIT! Breaks that and heads to 567.50/565.83.
PTON - Massive July $7C continued getting bought - now 130K contracts - on rumors of LULU buying them out. I don’t like rumors, but it is working. Needs trigger of 7.24 now to push into 7.79/8.38, 8.8.
GOOGL - Another Chase Long Thurs from 172.74 into 176.26 PT. Tag & rejected this moring back to 168 breakout level Wed!
OKLO - Swing long rec’d into 38.68 needed $40 to trigger. It’s up $10 this am.
SNOW - Better than expected earnings 5/21 with chase > 193 into 203. Tagged perfectly. Likely digests but NEEDS to close > 187 on wkly to be bullish.
SBSW - wow. I didn’t expect it would be so bid! 5.24 - 5.82 - 6.21 in a week. It is gorgeous on a monthly as a Trend Reversal stock. TXS Client Jose for putting this on our radar. It also mines palladium which has been under accumulation lately.
DKS - Trend reversal short working. Just starting.
TJX - Trend long but short into 128 for earnings, working. It’s just a digestion move.
FSLR - Swing short working post gap up > descending 200D. Should slow soon.

QUANTUM PLAYS WERE INSANE THURSDAY
Again, a big shout-out to Michael for keeping this list AND owning this sector. IONQ Literally hit 48.94 PT you can see on the daily chart below. A 40% move in one day is called CAPITULATION BUYING much like UNH last Thursday was CAPITULATION SELLING. Glad we caught both.
